TRS and BJP govts responsible for backwardness of Warangal: | Sidnaz Blog

Telangana Congress working president and Malkajgiri MP A Revanth Reddy campaigning in Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation on Monday.

HYDERABAD: The Congress has charged the TRS government in Telangana and BJP government at the Centre as responsible for Warangal district being deprived of the rail coach factory promised in the State Reorganisation Act.
Telangana Congress working president and Malakjgiri MP A Revanth Reddy who campaigned in Greater Warangal municipal corporation on Monday, told people that the TRS government which distributed Rs 10,000 flood relief compensation in Greater Hyderabad, did not extend such a package to flood affected families in Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation.
The TRS and BJP governments respectively have failed in effectively dealing with the spread of Coronavirus due to which the situation is so bad during the second wave of the virus. “But both chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are busy contesting elections when people are dying due to Covid-19 due to shortage of oxygen, ventilator-beds, vaccination and medicines,” Revanth said.
Both the CM and the PM had great opportunity of checking the spread of Covid-19 by postponing elections but they preferred to go ahead with the polls risking the life of lakhs of voters and their families, Revanth alleged.
Stating that neither local minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao nor any of the TRS leaders had the courage to question chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on lack of development in Warangal, he said there are several vacancies in government MGM hospital. Both TRS and BJP governments are responsible for Kakatiya mega textiles park not starting operations till today as a result of which youth are deprived of direct and indirect job opportunities.
